El Camborio was a place destined to night entertainment. When we started to work on this space, they had already taken the first steps to focus their activity towards the celebration of weddings and events.
Once we started to work with this venue, we draw up an action plan where we were in charge of the executive direction of the project. This action plan included several commercial agreements with other companies in the sector and a change of corporate image together with a marketing and communication plan.
Among some of the most visible actions, we can highlight the change of the corporate image and its implementation in a new website, a new company dossier and other important elements in the communication and marketing of the venue.
In addition, we provided a sales agent from our team at the client’s disposal. This professional was in charge of attending clients, organizing visits and keeping the venue’s reservation agenda.
In this way, with this Comprehensive Project Management, we managed to enhance the visibility of the place, improve its perception by the client and partners, as well as increasing the number of sales.

LA CASA GRANDE DE ZUJAIRA
La Casa Grande de Zujaira is a beautiful and charming country house located in Zujaira, Granada. When we started working on this place, it was already a renowned venue in some of the most prestigious rural houses websites, like Rusticae, where it had a score of 9.8.
In addition, the place already had and ambitious project in order to exploit it for weddings and events. The house has large landscaped areas, which we, as wedding planners, already know about.
The place already had a great potential but it needed a little nudge to improve their visibility as a venue for weddings. This way, we started a project of executive direction with an annual action plan.
Among the actions we carried out, we highlight the following: commercial collaboration agreements with different companies, improvement of the corporate image by means of a new company dossier and other important elements in the communication and marketing of the venue, such as improved communication with the client.
