Palacio de los Córdova
The Palacio de los Córdova is a building with a Renaissance façade surrounded by beautiful gardens and orchards in the city of Granada. Its interior atrium was built with Gothic elements and the ceilings are Mudejar coffered ceilings. Throughout its history it has changed owners and location.
Built between 1530 and 1592 in the Placeta de las Descalzas, it was moved in 1960 to the Cuesta del Chapiz, its current location.
Since 1983, when it was acquired by the City Council, it has housed the Municipal Archive in the Palacio de los Córdova, and its rooms and gardens are also used for celebrations and protocol meetings.

Quinta Alegre Palace
Designed for the Rodríguez-Acosta family, an important saga of bankers and artists from Granada, in the 1920s by José Felipe Giménez Lacal, who also worked on the family carmen.
It follows the style of the Italian Palladian villas and sits on a terraced hill to create different landscaped spaces, in keeping with the academic eclecticism of the stately residences of the time.
Abandoned and on the verge of disappearing, the local builder José Ávila Rojas donated it to the city in 1993. After his donation, it has been restored and is now used for municipal events.

Carmen de los Mártires
Carmen de los Mártires is a building dating from the 19th century in the city of Granada.
It consists of a palace and extensive gardens: a French Baroque garden, an "English-style" garden, the Nasrid Courtyard, dating from 1944, in which the typical elements of Nasrid gardening are copied mimetically, and the Labyrinth Forest, which served to link the gardens.
Up to 350 people on the outdoor esplanade and 220 people on the upper floor.
The palace does not have a car park, although there is one nearby in the Alhambra complex.

These possessions belonged to the family of D. José Blanes Zabala, but were acquired by the Muller family in approximately 1955, remaining the property of this family since then. It is next to the Zayas Palace (now the Town Hall), both properties were in the possession of the same family some time ago.
