The Wedding of Ana Belén and Jorge, was a autumn wedding super elegant and romantic. From the beginning we were very clear that autumn would be the protagonist in the decoration, both indoors and outdoors. So yours is a AUTUMN WEDDING in capital letters.
As you already know from another post that we shared with you recently (link here) their wedding took place in a palace with a great history behind it. Linked to the Nasrid Kings, it later became the property of the Catholic Monarchs and later passed to the Wellington family. The perfect setting for a dreamy autumn wedding.
So we tried to integrate the decoration into the style of the palace itself, and we adjusted the classic colour palette of the palace to a autumn wedding, to the environment itself. Reddish, ochre, orange, bronze and dark green were the dominant tones, but we added a touch of light by incorporating white flowers to match the bride's bouquet.
The first area we considered for decoration was the cocktail area. A large garden area, divided into two zones. As soon as we arrived, we welcomed the guests with a stand of heel protectors, as this was a grassy area.
Next, we placed a large seating plan in the shape of a ring, covered with autumn flowers and leaves. An autumn seating plan that in the end became an improvised photocall for all the guests. Next to the seating plan, we placed some wooden sculptures, which were a gift from friends of the bride and groom. The result, a perfect seating plan for an autumn wedding.
The stationery for the seating plan coordinated with the same design chosen for the invitations. It stood out for its simple watercolour of autumn leaves in orange tones.
After the cocktail reception, the guests moved into the inner hall of the Palace. We used the majestic rectangular room and the adjoining gallery to set the tables. All the tables were round tables with golden beige thread tablecloths. We chose gold Tiffany chairs with white cushions and complemented with Arabic style tableware to connect with the roots of the history of the setting.
Once again, the stationery for the menu, the waiters, and even the gift chosen by the bride and groom, a donation to an association, followed the same style as the invitations. Everything was in harmony to create a harmonious decoration.
The two large stone fireplaces on either side of the large living room stood out. That is why, from the beginning, we decided to give them all the prominence and we decorated them with a large composition of flowers and candles. The result was spectacular. It brought a lot of warmth and became two visual points of great importance.
To decorate them, at the top of both fireplaces we created a large garland of flowers in which we intermingled glass candlesticks with candles. Inside the fireplace, we incorporated some glass bases with candles, which we would later light to create a very cosy and romantic table setting, perfect for an evening out. autumn wedding.
The fireplaces fit in perfectly with the whole environment, and its decoration of autumn wedding was integrated with the centrepieces of the other tables in the room.
The centrepieces for the guest tables had the same flowers as the rest of the decoration. As bases for the centrepieces, we opted for antiqued golden búcaros that fitted in super well with the surroundings and the rest of the furniture and table linen.
As always, the presidential table should be dressed in a special way. In this case, we created a decoration very autumnal with a cascade of leaves, following the colour palette, combined with red and white roses. This cascade reached the floor, creating a very romantic and integrated effect. In the centre of the table, we placed crystal candelabras with candles.
Without a doubt, Ana Belén and Jorge's wedding was a super romantic and elegant wedding. A autumn weddingAs we always do, we take care of all the details, from the moment we set the colour palette, we specify the style and above all in its execution on the day of the wedding. As wedding designers and planners there is a great design work, and of course, we rely on the best suppliers to get a dream result.
In this project, it was essential to have Tere from Armiflorwho grasped the idea we had from the very first moment and helped us to materialise it brilliantly.
But without a doubt, the most important thing for us is to contribute to making the wedding that our bride and groom have always dreamed of a reality. Seeing their faces of happiness and surprise when they discover on their wedding day everything we have designed for them is the best of rewards.
And you, do you dream of having a autumn wedding? We will be happy to give shape to your dreams.
