A two-day wedding: Rocío and Hugo’s wedding Part I

Popularly it has always been said that from one wedding comes another. And in this case, we could never have said it better. And it is that the order of the wedding in Córdoba of Rocío and Hugo arrived on the same day that Araceli, Rocío’s sister, married, just a year earlier. That day, Hugo told us: “I wait for you at my wedding, call me Monday”, and this is how the prologue of this story was written.

Araceli’s wedding was a two-day wedding, with a Catholic and Hindu wedding (link). And that of her sister Rocío with Hugo, was also a two-day wedding: the first day with a religious ceremony and an elegant dinner in an impressive Palace; Next day, it was a boho-style and air-free party in an Andalusian-style farmhouse.

The whole wedding took place in Palma del Rio, in Cordoba. As a wedding designer & planner, organizing the wedding in Córdoba of Rocío and Hugo was truly a luxury, as it is a beautiful town, with an incredible historical and cultural heritage.

Two days were given to celebrate the love of Rocío and Hugo in style and to enjoy the organization and coordination of this wedding in Cordoba. In this post, we will share how was the first day of celebration. If you want to see how this story continues, just follow the next one (link).

All the preparations, both those of the groom and those of the bride, took place at Hotel Monasterio San Francisco. A unique enclave where Rocío and Hugo dressed with their guests.

For the wedding of this first day, Rocío chose a San Patrick design that was completed with Lodi shoes and Carolina Bouquet‘s bouquet. Styling was in charge of Oui Novias.

Hugo opted for a classic style for this first day: a classic jacket that complemented with a watch and cufflinks.

The ceremony took place in the Our Lady of the Assumption Arciprestal Parish, which stands out for its impressive bell tower.

Carolina Bouquet was responsible for the decoration and the Church, and for music, Música a la Carta.

Just at the time of leaving the Church, the rain made an appearance, but as always, our wedding designer and planners team is prepared for any unforeseen event.

The celebration took place in the central courtyard of the Portocarrero Palace, next to the Church. Alabardero Catering took care of dinner and furniture. The tables newly decorated by Carolina Bouquet.
