Wedding at the Palacio de los Córdova: Chloe and Pablo

A wedding with views of the Alhambra

Getting married with views of the Alhambra is one of the requests that our couples ask us most frequently. So as wedding designer and planners based in Granada, we know each other well all the most romantic spaces with the best views.

Without a doubt, the Palacio de los Córdova is one of those emblematic spaces where to celebrate a beautiful wedding with views of the Alhambra. So it was the space that we recommended to Chloe and Pablo for their destination wedding in Granada.

Preparation

Pablo got ready on the wedding day at his family home. Surrounded by his brothers and his mother in a quiet environment.

Azaustre Wedding Photography was in charge of capturing all the previous moments, as well as the rest of the wedding images.

Chloe, however, chose a precise suite with views of the Alhambra. She got dressed at the Hotel Suites Oro del Darro, which we recommend to many of our brides, as it is very close to the Palacio de los Córdova. In fact, it even makes it easier to walk to the Palace itself; something unique and very special.

Hair and Makeup by Lu took care of the bride’s styling throughout the day. For the ceremony I make a pick up for the bride with a very natural makeup. Then, at nightfall, and with the second change of dress, she would take care of a second hairstyle as you will see at the end of this post.

Chloe chose a Beccar Couture, design for the ceremony, with a v-neckline, straps and small flowers in the form of appliqués throughout the dress. She accompanied her look with delicate diamond and white gold jewelery and a bouquet in peach, vanilla and ice white tones designed by Carolina Bouquet.

Surrounded by her parents, sister, and best friends, Chloe’s preparations were most beautiful.

Chloe was in charge of designing all the wedding stationery. She painted all the watercolors that were part of the invitation, waiters, minutes and seating plan of the wedding. True works of art that stood out for their elegance.

Ceremony

Chloe made the journey from the Hotel to the Cordova Palace on foot. Accompanied by her closest family and friends, I enjoy the walk along the Paseo de los Tristes dressed as a bride.

At the Palacio de los Córdova, our team of wedding designers & planners was waiting for you, ready to help you with the last details. And it is that in our service of organization of the wedding day, we include the coordination of the wedding day, which undoubtedly helps our couples to be much more relaxed on their most special day.

Accompanied by her father, Chloe toured the beautiful Palacio de los Córdova, on her way to the altar. Walking through its patios, walking next to its fountains and strolling through its gardens, makes these moments prior to the ceremony more special.

The moment when Pablo and Chloe met at the altar, with the Alhambra as a witness to their ceremony, was a truly magical and special moment.

Chloe and Pablo chose the exchange of vows as a formula for their ceremony at the Palacio de los Córdova. Each wrote their own and exchanged them with the Alhambra as a witness.

After the exchange of vows, they made their exit as newlyweds under a shower of petals and rice.

Couple session

Chloe and Pablo chose the Cordova Palace itself to carry out the photo session after their wedding. They could not have chosen a better location for their newlywed photoshoot. As you can see in the photos of Azaustre Wedding Photography, the setting was perfect.

Celebration

The subsequent celebration of the wedding took place in the Palacio de los Córdova itself. The catering chosen by the couple was La Borraja Catering. Who was in charge of serving the cocktail and the subsequent dinner.

For this, we use the esplanade of the Palace, which we illuminate with a starry sky of lights, to make the evening more charming.

Receiving the guests, we prepare a careful seating plan with stationery designed by the bride.

For the tables, we chose greenish tablecloths for the cocktail, and beige for dinner. For the crockery, we chose the Alhambra base plate, with a Granada-style decoration. It was accompanied by an elegant glassware with a glass of water in blue, matching the dishes.

The bride was in charge of preparing some precious mineral details that indicated to each guest where to sit. A very personal detail that fitted in perfectly with the rest of the decoration.

Once again, Carolina Bouquet was in charge of all the floral decorations and lighting for the wedding.

Before sitting down to dinner, Chloe changed her dress to a more comfortable one. It was certainly a surprise for the groom and all the guests.

Dinner was a preview of the after party, where the classic dance was not lacking. A celebration that lasted until the wee hours of the morning.

Chloe and Pablo’s wedding was a super romantic wedding in a spectacular enclave in our city, the Palacio de los Córdova. And Mr Philm, the wedding videographers, knew how to capture it super well in the wedding trailer.
